The Senior Data Analyst, Customer at SSENSE presents a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our Customer Analytics capabilities. Working closely with teams across the Customer group you’ll be joining a diverse team, collaborating within a forward-thinking data environment, and contributing to a compelling Data Platform vision. It's a chance to make a real impact and gain high visibility within the organization. The collaboration with Product and Data Platform teams will empower you to develop data pipelines, tools, and interfaces, ensuring seamless access to historical data, competitive insights, and measurement models.
How To Excel In This Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related analytical field
- 4 years experience in analytics, with a focus on driving business impact
- 1 year experience working with Customer Engagement Platforms
- Full proficiency in querying and analyzing large data sets using SQL; Python
What Sets You apart:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the ETL/ELT process and tools
- Experience with A/B testing, including knowledge of testing methodologies and evaluation techniques
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Quicksight, Looker)
- Experience working with online data (Google Analytics, Firebase, Adobe Analytics)
