Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, data modeling, data governance, or data engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in Asset Management and/or capital markets with strong/broad domain knowledge of investment instruments and the asset management business.
- Asset management knowledge and experience is the key – Should have worked with various asset classes – institutional mortgages, product placements, stocks and bonds, derivatives, real estate- bank end underlying assets, mutual funds, group rrsp etc
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- SQL,
- Python in cloud environments.
- Experience with Agile delivery model, tools (e.g., Jira; confluence; Miro), and writing technical user stories.
- Evidence of effective and efficient delivery in a virtual, multi-site environment.
- Highly motivated with demonstrated eagerness for continuous learning and self-growth.
