We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our new data science team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems and drive data-driven decision-making across our organization.

Compensation Range: $135,000 - $150,000 base salary based on experience
Ideal Start Date: Targeting an October 1st start date

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and statistical models
- Design and build efficient and scalable data pipelines for ML workflows
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate ML solutions into production systems
- Optimize existing ML models for performance and scalability
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and insights
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or similar role
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data structures
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and their ML services
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of software engineering best practices and design patterns
- Contributions to open-source ML projects or research publications
