About the Role:

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in designing and implementing ML models in digital health applications. Your work will help improve the lives of people with unmet medical needs, including those with major depression disorder, schizophrenia, and chronic migraines. Key challenges include:

• Designing and implementing data products using state-of-the-art methods and technologies, with an emphasis on data security and user privacy.
• Developing algorithms for mental health classification and disease state forecasting.
• Discovering and creating ML derived digital biomarkers for clinical diagnostics and cognitive assessments.
• Implementing features to increase product engagement and promote treatment adherence (ex. personalization, LLM patient support).
  
  

This position is based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities or out of our industrious office in Boston, MA. We have a hybrid working model that consists of at least 3 days in office each week.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product, Science and Engineering to develop and implement statistical and machine learning models.
• Assist in data collection, preprocessing, and analysis to support model training and evaluation.
• Participate in the design and optimization of algorithms for various applications and services.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in machine learning and DS technologies.
• Build and maintain ML cloud infrastructure (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS).
• Strong attitude towards automating routine tasks via coding/scripting.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining ML cloud infrastructure (preferably on AWS).
• Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying machine learning models (preferably in a healthcare or life sciences setting).
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, and familiarity with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, sklearn).
• Experience writing complex, highly-optimized SQL queries.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Domain knowledge of cognitive psychology/neuroscience and familiarity with psychometric analyses of cognitive and behavioral tasks.
• Experience with deep learning and neural network development.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks and AWS.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, privacy regulations, and security protocols (e.g., GDPR, HiTrust, HIPAA).
  
  

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is between: $121,500 - $143,000. The final base salary will be dependent upon skills, experience and location. In addition to the base salary, Click Therapeutics offers an annual performance-based cash bonus and a generous equity package.
