Founding Engineer (Laravel Platform Owner)

Paperclip is building modern software for the automotive aftermarket. We are hiring a Founding Engineer to own the Laravel 13 platform build end to end. You will establish architecture, delivery standards, and technical direction while shipping production features quickly.

You will own the stack: Laravel 13, Livewire 4, FluxUI 2, PostgreSQL, queues, observability, and deployment reliability. You will define module boundaries for catalog, fitment, pricing, orders, and auth. You will be responsible for quality, performance, and security baselines from day one.

Requirements: deep Laravel experience, strong backend architecture judgment, ability to lead through execution, and hands-on delivery under ambiguity. This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on product roadmap and engineering culture.
