➡️Join the Specialty Business side built in the last 3 years which is 1/3 of the company- Fast paced and not operating like a normal Insurance company
➡️Going through digital transformation leveraging data science and technology to innovate and grow in its market
Role
➡️Cultivate deep business expertise, focusing on a specific business unit, and utilize this knowledge to extract value from data.
➡️Take full ownership of the model lifecycle, encompassing data preparation, model development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
➡️Build and maintain ML and statistical models for tasks such as automating actuarial processes, enhancing decision-making, and forecasting industry trends.
➡️Create and oversee data pipelines, including LLM pipelines for unstructured data and Python pipelines for data cleaning, validation, preparation, and analysis, while also supporting production model hosting, CI/CD pipelines, ML Ops infrastructure, and model monitoring.
💰Package
➡️ Up to $165k package + Benefits (potentially more for an exceptional candidate)

Ideal candidate has:

➡️2+ years relevant experience modelling and building ML or statistical models
➡️Knowledge or familiarity of ML ops

➡️Azure experience productionizing ML models. Deploying, testing and monitoring. Experience being responsible for owning ML ops in Azure
➡️Data Science for Financial or insurance models
