Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Model Development: Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
- Visualization: Create visualizations and dashboards to present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Collaboration: Work with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations on data analysis results and model performance.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest data science techniques and technologies, and contribute to the development of new methodologies and tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in data science or a related role, with a proven track record of working with large datasets and building predictive models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy). Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Matplotlib).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
