Job Description

This role is remote-friendly.

  • You will provide analytics and technical support for solutions dealing with media performance reporting and analysis
  • You will use advanced SQL (view tables, CTEs, multi-table joins) to automate data manipulation
  • You will create ETL processes in high-level scripting languages (e.g. Python) to accurately pull & refresh data from media APIs
  • You will use Tableau to visualize client data, highlighting key metrics and insights
  • You will perform ad-hoc analyses in Excel, including multiple regression and linear optimization
  • You will develop relationships with client stakeholders, and communicate/interpret results in meetings with clients
  • You will Lead a small team of junior associates, overseeing their day-to-day work, providing direction, and administering feedback as necessary
  • You will report to Senior Director

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience with Python, SQL programming, multi-variate statistics, logistic regression, multiple regression, Google Cloud Platform, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with BI or digital analytics tools (Tableau, Adobe analytics, Google analytics, DMP insight tools)
  • Good understanding of media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Campaign Manager, etc.) and site analytics platforms ( Google Analytics, Adobe, etc)
  • Ability to analyze/synthesize data to provide insights with recommendations/action
  • Understanding of digital data including the systems and processes used to generate and manipulate it by media type web, ad, email, mobile, etc.

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is $67,000-$82,000. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
