Data Analyst - Fully remote

What your day to day will look like:
Working permanently fully remote you will be reporting directly to our Business Intelligence Reporting Manager. Working Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm EST.
- Review, monitor, and analyze various reports including; KPI compliance on operational targets and compliance audits on all daily reports.
- Improving Excel reporting templates for maximum efficiency on a continuous basis.
- Maintain and edit KPI dashboards in Power BI on a continuous basis.
- Utilizing field driven operational data from our industry specific system Lighthouse and following up with Account Manager on specific reports when needed.
- Compile and forward reports on an ad hoc basis when needed.
- All other duties as required.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a previous Data Analyst role with previous experience with Power BI. Working with KPI’s, large scale data analysis, data cleansing and data reconciliations from multiple sources.
- Post secondary education; diploma or degree in a relevant field. Happy to consider a mix of experience and education.
- Must have advanced level Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of systems and data integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency in completing tasks.

- 20-40 minute assessment (depending on optional practice questions or breaks)
- 30 minute MS Teams video interview with the Hiring Manager and direct Supervisors for the role
