Customer Support Manager
What We’re Looking For:
6+ months of experience as a Customer Support Manager in gambling, crypto, or e-commerce;
High level of English and French/German (B2-C1) to chat and sometimes talk with customers;
Problem-solving skills to quickly address customer requests;
Strong communication skills and empathy for providing top-notch support;
Team player who can collaborate effectively with other departments;
Experience with customers in Tier 1 markets (Canada, Australia, Germany, Austria) is a significant plus.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Helping customers mainly through chat and occasionally via calls;
Analyzing and solving customer issues, including technical, payment, and product-related problems;
Escalating complex cases to the right departments or management for quick fixes;
Making a positive impact with excellent service and interaction;
Bringing fresh ideas and feedback to improve our processes and customer experience.
