What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ months of experience as a Customer Support Manager in gambling, crypto, or e-commerce;

  • High level of English and French/German (B2-C1) to chat and sometimes talk with customers;

  • Problem-solving skills to quickly address customer requests;

  • Strong communication skills and empathy for providing top-notch support;

  • Team player who can collaborate effectively with other departments;

  • Experience with customers in Tier 1 markets (Canada, Australia, Germany, Austria) is a significant plus.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Helping customers mainly through chat and occasionally via calls;

  • Analyzing and solving customer issues, including technical, payment, and product-related problems;

  • Escalating complex cases to the right departments or management for quick fixes;

  • Making a positive impact with excellent service and interaction;

  • Bringing fresh ideas and feedback to improve our processes and customer experience.
