Customer Support Manager
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ months of experience as a Customer Support Manager in gambling, crypto, or e-commerce; 
- High level of English and French/German (B2-C1) to chat and sometimes talk with customers; 
- Problem-solving skills to quickly address customer requests; 
- Strong communication skills and empathy for providing top-notch support; 
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with other departments; 
- Experience with customers in Tier 1 markets (Canada, Australia, Germany, Austria) is a significant plus. 
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Helping customers mainly through chat and occasionally via calls; 
- Analyzing and solving customer issues, including technical, payment, and product-related problems; 
- Escalating complex cases to the right departments or management for quick fixes; 
- Making a positive impact with excellent service and interaction; 
- Bringing fresh ideas and feedback to improve our processes and customer experience.
