- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to identify and understand business challenges and opportunities where generative AI can provide solutions.
- Gather and document detailed requirements for generative AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with data scientists and AI engineers to bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities.
- Design and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for generative AI applications, ensuring they meet user expectations and deliver desired outcomes.
- Analyze and interpret UAT results, providing feedback to refine and improve generative AI models.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI and evaluate their potential applications within the life sciences industry.
- Document and share best practices for implementing and utilizing generative AI within the organization.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong track record of success in delivering impactful projects.
- Solid understanding of the life sciences industry and its specific challenges and opportunities
- In-depth knowledge of generative AI concepts, including natural language processing, text generation, and image synthesis
- Experience with collecting and gathering requirements for AI projects and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
