AI/ML Engineer

Iris's client, one of the world's largest financial institutions, based out of Rutherford, NJ is looking to hire a Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer for a long term contract opportunity.

It is a leading provider of global corporate and investment banking services.

Work location: Rutherford, NJ (Hybrid Onsite)

W2 or Self-Incorporated Only.

Job description:

• IT Experience 10 – 12 Years Relevant Work experience 4 – 5 Years.

1. Mathematics/Economics/ Computer Science /Statistics or equivalent.

• proficient in Python and relevant libraries like numpy, pandas, tensor flow, pyspark, opencv, scikit-learn.
• of a variety of machine learning techniques (exploratory data analysis, supervised/unsupervised machine learning, regression, random forest, svm, boosting, cross validation, etc) - Must.
• of a variety of deep learning techniques (regression, classification, CNN, RNN, LSTM, etc) - Must.
• in collecting, analyzing and interpreting large data sets.
• in using query languages, such as SQL, Spark Data Frame API, etc. - an advantage.
• with Big Data products like Hadoop, Hive will be a plus.
• knowledge of Unix.
• hands on experience with Python.
• PPT and Excel skill.
• communicator, able to explain your work in layman’s terms
