Job Description:
You will help our portfolio of clients create innovative technology solutions that drive mission impact. In this role, you will work on collaborative, cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy automations using a variety of tools including Python, AI/ML technologies. You will also help expand our technical and delivery capabilities by participating in internal AI Lab innovation projects and mentoring junior staff.
Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Python and experience with automation frameworks and libraries
- Familiarity with utilizing large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and their integration into automation processes, including RAG-based architectures and fine-tuning.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with common ML model types and related data engineering practices.
Required Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in automation programming and full-stack development.
- 2 years experience in automation frameworks using Python
- Demonstrable contributions in a project-based environment.
- Previous experience working with machine learning models and cloud-native platforms is highly desirable.
- Public sector consulting experience is a plus.
