Job Summary:

The AI Integration Specialist will contribute to the integration of artificial intelligence tools aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies and fostering innovation within the company. The intern will conduct research on AI tools in the industry, perform small-scale testing using company data, and collaborate with various departments to align AI solutions with departmental needs. Key objectives include developing a social media trend analysis system and a knowledgeable chatbot to support internal operations.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but is subject to change.
  
  

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Learn about BeatBox's operations by studying documentation, conducting interviews, and gaining insights from key personnel.
• Conduct research on AI tools utilized in the industry, evaluate their suitability for company needs, and prepare reports on findings.
• Perform small-scale testing on selected AI tools using relevant datasets, analyze tool integration with existing systems, and report findings.
• Collaborate with departments such as marketing, sales, and operations to align AI solutions with specific needs and objectives.
• Develop deployment plans for AI tools, monitor performance, and provide training to staff as necessary.
  
  

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate and assess AI tools effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience in small-scale testing and deployment of AI tools preferred.
• Familiarity with social media trend analysis, chatbot development, and predictive modeling concepts is advantageous.
  
  

Education/Experience:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Prior experience or coursework in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related areas is preferred but not required.
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
