Key Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms and models for various applications.
- Data Preparation: Collaborate with data engineers to collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for training and evaluation.
- Research & Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and research in AI/ML, integrating the latest techniques into our solutions.
- Deployment: Deploy machine learning models into production, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI/ML opportunities within our products and services.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate model performance, making improvements as necessary.
- Documentation: Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development or a related role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
