Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing models and tools that accurately price the upside potential in multi-unit housing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights that guide strategic decisions and contribute to the company's growth. Additionally, you will leverage your experience with advanced AI tools, including ChatGPT, to enhance our data-driven strategies and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to uncover trends and opportunities in multifamily real estate.
• Design, develop, and implement predictive models to assess the upside potential of multifamily properties.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and sales teams to integrate data-driven insights into business strategies.
• Utilize ChatGPT and other AI tools to automate processes, enhance customer engagement, and generate actionable insights.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of data pipelines and infrastructure to support scalable analytics and reporting.
• Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and model validation to ensure high-quality datasets and reliable models.
• Create and present detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, AI tools (including ChatGPT), and real estate analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Experience in working with AI tools like ChatGPT for tasks such as automation, natural language processing, and enhancing customer interactions.
• Proficient in data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Google Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of real estate valuation and investment principles is desirable.
• Experience with retool.com and Javascript is desirable.
