Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing models and tools that accurately price the upside potential in multi-unit housing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights that guide strategic decisions and contribute to the company's growth. Additionally, you will leverage your experience with advanced AI tools, including ChatGPT, to enhance our data-driven strategies and customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to uncover trends and opportunities in multifamily real estate.
- Design, develop, and implement predictive models to assess the upside potential of multifamily properties.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and sales teams to integrate data-driven insights into business strategies.
- Utilize ChatGPT and other AI tools to automate processes, enhance customer engagement, and generate actionable insights.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data pipelines and infrastructure to support scalable analytics and reporting.
- Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and model validation to ensure high-quality datasets and reliable models.
- Create and present detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, AI tools (including ChatGPT), and real estate analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Experience in working with AI tools like ChatGPT for tasks such as automation, natural language processing, and enhancing customer interactions.
- Proficient in data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Google Cloud is a plus.
- Knowledge of real estate valuation and investment principles is desirable.
- Experience with retool.com and Javascript is desirable.
