Role : Senior BSA/BA

location : Toronto, ON

Hybrid Position

10+ Years of relevant BSA experience

• Advanced to Expert knowledge of system analysis and processes

• Experience in Credit Decision Engine applications preferred – e.g FICO

• Experience in the Financial industry, Business Banking preferred

• Experience in Credit, Business Credit preferred

Additional experiences that would be beneficial:

• Ideation/analysis to help define high level approach

• Strong communication skills

• Strong facilitation and elicitation skills;

• Experience working in Agile – Scrum/SAFE/Scaled Agile methodology; Jira, Confluence tools
