Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for AI applications.
Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
AI Solution Design and Development:
Work with the development team to design, develop, and maintain AI applications.
Ensure AI solutions are seamlessly integrated into existing systems to enhance performance.
Project Management:

Qualifications and Skills
Professional Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services sector, with a strong focus on AI and technology-driven projects.
Technical Expertise:
Proven experience in analyzing and designing AI-driven applications.
Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
Familiarity with Azure services, including Active Directory, App Service, Blob Storage, and Virtual Networks.
Experience in prototyping and PoC (Proof of Concepts) to demonstrate feasibility of AI applications.
Knowledge of Prompt engineering techniques to improve quality and accuracy of AI inferences.
Understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pattern to extend AI on domain data.
