- Collaborate with various teams to identify key business opportunities and challenges, and develop data-driven solutions.
- Leverage large and complex datasets to derive actionable insights that inform strategic decisions for U4B.
- Build and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, and dashboards for key business metrics.
- Communicate findings clearly and effectively to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Continuously learn new tools and systems to develop and maintain data infrastructure and ensure data integrity.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 4+ Years of Proven experience in a data analyst role, preferably in tech, consulting, or a related industry.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
- Familiarity with statistical tools and methodologies, including but not limited to regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and data sampling techniques.
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field like Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science.
- Proficiency in a high-level programming language such as Python or R.
- Experience with advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
- Previous experience in a strategic role where you had to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead data-driven projects and communicate the results of complex analyses in clear and effective manner.
- Familiarity with the technology or transportation industry, especially in a B2B context.
