- Lending specific: Designing and documenting complex technical requirements for business applications
- Partnering with business analysts to identify business needs and appropriate technical solutions
- Creating data conversion mapping specifications
- Ensuring quality of data conversion output including holding quality inspections
- Validating offline System and Output testing of data conversion files
- Debugging complex code and processes
- Planning and participating in mocks and other client events in conjunction with client and partners
- Building partnerships with clients, product owners, application development teams, and program management colleagues
- Adhering to internal processes and best practices
- Monitoring and reporting progress
- Identifying risks and issues; managing and escalating appropriately
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in CIS/MIS, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics or related field
- 5 or more years of experience in IT or Business Analysis
- 5 or more years of experience in PLSQL, COBOL, Mainframe applications, IBM JCL, and TSO/TPX
- Proficiency in MS Office suite with heightened focus on VBA, Access, Excel, and SQL
- Experience in a client-facing and stakeholder management role
- Understanding of the Issuing Industry and associated business function
- Experience with testing and validation of output, reports, and financial balancing
