Job Description
- Assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports
- Participate in maintenance of the corporate Data Warehouse and ETL system
- Coordinate the development and testing of new features or changes to reports
- Manage incoming support tickets and ad-hoc reporting requests
- Review and update existing documentation
- Support various internal and external data interfaces
- Match data sets from multiple sources and clean up existing data
- Ability to analyze business process and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with ERP development team to advise and support the application landscape
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a business analyst
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields
- Strong knowledge of ERP Systems, databases and Enterprise Reporting systems
- Proven ability to to translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers
- Experience with SQL (SSRS/SSIS/SSAS), Power BI, or Tableau
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and complex formulas
