Avanade’s North American Internship Program is designed to be a fast-paced and concentrated introduction to working at a technology consulting company as an analyst. You will go through training and be placed into a project team working directly with an Avanade client. While working directly as a member of an Avanade project team you will learn how to be a Business Analyst and see how we deliver solutions in collaboration with our clients .
During our 4-month internship program, you will have the opportunity to experience our culture, build your network and apply your education, while gaining real-world experience. You’ll spend your time taking on a variety of roles with some fun along the way. The experience only lasts a few weeks but will open up a lifetime of opportunity.

On your project you will likely:
- Gather and document functional and technical requirements
- Work with client stakeholders and manage scope
- Assist development and test team members in understanding and creating solutions
- Review, understand, and apply Avanade delivery standards
- Perform scribe activities
- Work with other analysts to deliver quality projects
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Developed presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as an independent individual contributor
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Passionate about technology projects and learning new skills
- Third+ year University Student with a target graduation date between December 2023 and August 2024
- Pursuit of a bachelor's degree, preferably in a business or technology related discipline
